New Westminster Trial Scheduling - Civil Trial Bookings for 1 - 5 Days

Commencing Monday, April 2, 2007, written Requests for Trial Dates will no longer be required for booking civil trials 4 & 5 days in New Westminster.

The New Westminster Trial Division staff will be available by telephone commencing at 9:00am on the first business day of every month at 604-660-8551 to book trial dates up to 18 months into the future.

For example:

on April 2, 2007 the calendar for October 2008 opens up

on May 1, 2007 the calendar for November 2008 opens up

If counsel/parties are seeking an earlier trial date (within 17 months) they may contact the Trial Coordinator directly at any time (604-660-8551).

The procedure for booking 6-19 days civil trials will remain in effect until further notice.
