Effective April 2, 2007, written requests are no longer required to book civil trials estimated to take 6-19 days in Vancouver.
6-19 day trials will be booked by telephone at 604-660-2853 in accordance with the dates listed below. Please note that these dates reflect the day our trial calendar opens for booking into a particular month. There may be earlier dates available. 6-19 trials are only booked to commence on Monday (or Tuesday if the Monday is a statutory holiday). Keep in mind that we will not book 10 or 15 day trials into a "short week" or a time frame that overlaps a statutory holiday. Neither will lengthy trials be scheduled to overlap conference weeks.
