Re:	REQUIREMENTS FOR REQUISTIONS ON JCC FILES

Effective immediately, any dates that are set at a JCC, (Subsequent JCCs, pre-trial conferences and settlement conferences) will be tentatively set with Trial Division but, the dates will not be confirmed until a party or counsel file a requisition.

Up to this point, New Westminster and Chilliwack Trial Division have not required confirming documents to set these hearings but, it's now been suggested from the Chief's office that all the registries (province wide) are consistent in our practices (even though it's not out in the Rules).

It would be helpful if the court clerks' remind counsel/the parties at the conclusion on the JCC that requisitions are now required.

There will be no charge for the filing of these requisitions.
