Court Registry / Out-of-Town Services

Effective May 14th, 2007

This new schedule replaces our current "Court Registry" and "Out-of-Town" fees listed on our schedule dated February 2000. Our Land Title and Victoria Registry fees remain unchanged since February 2000, except for handling fees for work forwarded to out-of-town sub-agents.

Whether it is in the Court, Land, Corporate or any of the other over 200 Registries at which we attend, West Coast's commitment to you, our valued client, remains the same:

All of our Registry fees include our complimentary run service for local clients, designed to accommodate registry hours and varying work volumes. Our experienced and knowledgeable staff are a valuable resource for your many queries. In addition, West Coast is pleased to provide complimentary precedents and to keep you advised of changes in registry practice through memorandums and newsletters. For 37 years we have stood behind our work and back this up with our "satisfaction guaranteed" policy and with $5,000,000 in Professional Liability Insurance.
