Land Title Fees to Increase
Effective April 1, 2008

Effective April 1, 2008, the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia will increase some of its Land Title Act base fees. Following is a list of the Land Title fees affected. Note: All searches, imaged copies and electronic filing fees also have a BC Online (BCOL) fee of $1.50.
