And no matter if you file with us on paper or online, West Coast stands behind all our work with our "satisfaction guaranteed" policy backed by $5,000,000 in professional liability insurance.

The pdf documents are now available for our new 2010 fee schedule which replaces our 2007 fee schedule. Note: Our Land Title and Corporate fees have not changed since February, 2000.

These fees include our free run service, for local clients, designed to accommodate registry hours and varying work volumes. In addition, West Coast is pleased to provide memorandum updates and regular newsletters to keep you on top of changes in registry practice.

And if you have a particular file that you have already quoted, based upon our 2007 schedule, please tell us. We will be pleased to bill this work at those rates until August 13, 2010.
